Graeagle is a Winter Wonderland
We've received a record breaking amount of snowfall this winter. I'm so happy that we will have water in the lakes, rivers, and reservoirs. Graeagle and The Corner Barn are so beautiful blanked in fresh snow.

Ready to book any additional packages?
If you are interested in any additional packages, like lighting, now is the time to reserve them. A 50% deposit will secure these items and insure that they are available for your event. I've included links below to our rental agreement and package details.

Need a Second Look?

If you are needing to visit the Corner Barn for planning purposes, it's best to plan this before our season begins. April is the kick-off to our 2022 season. Prior to April, I can do mid-week or weekend tours. After April, I can do mid-week and late afternoon tours on Sundays.

 

The Historic Graeagle Picnic Ground has more flexibility for a second look. It is not gated and you are welcome to walk around anytime it isn't in use. You can contact me to check availability.

 

Please keep in mind that we do have several feet of snow right now and some parts of the property are not accessible. :) Bring snow boots. LOL

New Services for the Corner Barn
We have received several requests for set-up and clean-up services.  Quesenberry Designs has offered to provide this service for a limited number of events in 2022. Please email me for details. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.

Set-up Service

Ceremony site set-up:

Set-up 8-10am on Friday morning prior to client arrival. Includes chairs and arch.

Interior of barn or patio: $300

Wooded ceremony site: $450

 

Reception set-up: Barn interior

Set-up on Thursday, prior to client arrival. Client must select a table layout.

Includes: Tables and chairs only.

Up to 100 guests: $300

101-150 guests: $450

151+ guests: $550

 Clean-up Service

2-3 Hours up to 100 guests-$600

3-4 Hours, 101-150 guests-$800

4-5 Hours 151+ guests-$950

Add wooded ceremony site strike and clean-up (chairs, arch, décor, etc.) $300

 

Includes:

  • Patio ceremony strike and clean-up
  • Outside bar area clean-up
  • Barn interior strike clean-up
  • Restroom clean-up
  • Parking lot trash clean-up
  • Includes event décor repacking if boxes are provided
  • Includes Flower donation delivery

 

Does not include any third-party rental returns.

 

New Craft Cocktail Vintage Bar Trailer
One of the best things about our wedding venues is the ability to bring in your own alcohol. This service offers you the best of both worlds. You can provide the alcohol and The Airlight Lounge mobile bar service will create delicious drinks that your guests will LOVE! All from the unique backdrop of a 1955 Vintage Airstream.

The Airlight Lounge is available for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and private parties. Anywhere in Graeagle that has space for this tiny vintage trailer can turn into an opportunity for a cocktail party.

Rehearsal Dinner Package

We will be taking deposits for our rehearsal dinner packages sometime in April.  Our restaurant is seasonal and we are currently closed. If you'd like to reserve a date, please send me an email and I will add you to our restaurant calendar. When our staff returns for the season, a manager will be in touch with you regarding your deposit.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions. The best way to contact me is via email. I'm in the office a couple of morning per week during the pre-season. I try and answer emails every business day.
